The Pink Flower

Another tiny shrubs in my backyard, which I have been trying to find out what species they are. They've got a leavy grass-alike base that looks like a dome, with pink flowers shooting out of long stem and shaped like fluffy balls.

Any idea what plant this is would be appreciated...
